Event description

Weipa Ride2School is an exciting initiative designed to promote healthy and active lifestyles among students while reducing traffic congestion around our schools.

By encouraging children to ride, scoot, or walk to school, we are fostering independence, improving fitness, and supporting environmental sustainability.

Parents are invited to register their children to participate in this fun event, with fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Class vs Class Challenge

Which class will take home the bragging rights? The class with the highest percentage of students who participate by biking, scooting, or walking to school will be in the running for some awesome prizes! 

Weipa Ride2School will be held on Wednesday 9 October (term 4, 2024 in week 2), and we encourage all families to get involved. Let's make our journey to school an adventure!
